Our flagship. A medium roast with notes of dark chocolate, citrus and toffee, made with Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi. It is ground coffee, so you brew it in the pour-over, French press or drip machine you already own.

Tasting notes
Dark chocolate, citrus, toffee. A balanced medium roast that tastes like coffee first. The mushrooms stay in the background.
Brew specs
- Pour-over: 15 g coffee to 250 g water just off the boil. Bloom with 30 g for 30 seconds, then pour slowly for about two minutes.
- French press: 30 g coffee to 500 g water. Four minutes, then press.
- Drip: about 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water.
