Love it or it is on us
We want your first bag of Monark to earn its place on your counter. If it does not, email support@monarkcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund that bag. You do not need to send it back.
The details
- The guarantee covers your first order, one refund per customer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- For bundles and sets, the refund covers the bag you did not enjoy, at the price you paid for it.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, open or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it, but the guarantee above still applies.
